What to Expect

Experience the welcoming love of Christ.

Warm community, Bible-based teaching, traditional liturgy.

How long is the service?

We have Christian education classes for all ages that begin at 9:30 a.m. (the Sunday after Labor Day through mid-May). Between education classes and the worship service, we enjoy coffee and donuts as a congregation. Our worship starts at 11:00 a.m. On average, our services are about one hour to an hour and fifteen minutes when we observe the Lord’s Supper (usually on the first Sunday of the month). We’d love to have you join us!

What’s the service like?

It’s a more traditional service with a liturgy that walks through the gospel every Sunday. You’ll experience singing, confession, a Bible-based sermon, and, on the first Sunday of the month, the Lord’s Supper.

What’s the music like?

We use piano, guitar, and percussion in a lively blend to accompany our voices in worship. We try to keep the best songs of the past while also including the best of the present.

Do you have childcare?

Yes! We have a nursery for kids up to age four during both the worship service and Christian education classes.

Will I fit in?

Absolutely. We are a small church with people of all ages, walks of life, and different places in their faith. We believe everyone is valuable and you’ll be welcomed just as you are.

Will I be able to partake of the Lord’s Supper during the service if I’m just a visitor?

Everyone who is admitted to the table in an evangelical (gospel-believing) church is invited to participate with us.

Do I have to be familiar with the Reformed faith to understand what’s going on?

No. Our worship service is centered upon Christ and the gospel. While the Reformed faith informs all that we do, it is more the eyes through which we see than the centerpiece of what we do.

What exactly is the Christian education class?

It’s an opportunity to learn more about the Bible in a small group setting for kids over two and adults. The children’s classes follow a curriculum designed for their age group. The adult classes focus on discovering what the Bible teaches concerning particular issues or learning Christian History.

Do you have other times during the week I can connect with the church?

Yes! We have various ministries throughout the week. Check out our ministries page to learn more.
